PERAA's 51st Anniversary Celebration and 43rd Annual Meeting: Important Reminders
Dear Participating Institution,
Notice is hereby given that the 43rd Annual Meeting of Participating Institutions and 51st Anniversary celebration of Private Education Retirement Annuity Association (PERAA) will be held on September 22, 2023 (Friday), 4:30 in the afternoon at Makati Diamond Residences, Legazpi Street (near Greenbelt), Legazpi Village, Makati City.
The meeting, to be chaired by Fr. Antonio S. Samson, S.J., will have the following Agenda:
1. Call to Order of the 43rd Annual Meeting
2. Verification and Certification of Quorum
3. Approval of Minutes of the 42nd Annual Meeting held September 2, 2022
4. President’s Report on PERAA’s Operations for Calendar Year 2022
5. Treasurer’s Report on PERAA’s Financial Status for Calendar Year 2022
6. Approval of the Audited Financial Statement for Calendar Year 2022
7. Approval of the External Auditor
8. Approval and Ratification of All Actions of the PERAA Board of Trustees and Management
9. Message from the Chairman
10. Adjournment
The 51st Anniversary Celebration of PERAA will start off with the Administrators’ Conference at 3:30 PM before the formal proceeding begins. Please refer to the program of activities for our anniversary celebration:
2:00 PM – Registration / Afternoon snacks
3:30 PM - Administrators’ Conference / Open Forum (Door prizes will be raffled off)
4:30 PM - Annual Meeting
5:30 PM - Awarding Ceremonies, Outstanding PI and Honorary Awardees
6:30 PM - Dinner / Fellowship Night (Door prizes will be raffled off)
Pre-registration is required for your dinner reservation. Kindly accomplish and send back to PERAA the attached Confirmation/Proxy Form on or before August 31, 2023.
For your travel and accommodations, please make direct arrangements. PERAA has a corporate rate with Makati Diamond Residences which can be extended to participants for our event. We look forward to seeing you.
