PERAA's 54th Anniversary Celebration and 46th Annual Meeting of Participating Institutions

Dear Participating Institution,

Notice is hereby given that the 46^th Annual Meeting of the Participating Institutions of the Private Education Retirement Annuity Association (PERAA) will be held on September 11, 2026 (Friday), at the William Cameron Forbes Ballroom of The Baguio Country Club (BCC), Baguio City.

The meeting, to be presided by the Chair, will have the following Agenda:

1. Call to Order of the 46^th Annual Meeting
2. Verification and Certification of Quorum
3. Approval of Minutes of the 45^th Annual Meeting
4. President’s Report on PERAA’s Operations for Calendar Year 2025
5. Approval of the Audited Financial Statement for Calendar Year 2025
6. Approval of the External Auditor for Calendar Year 2026
7. Ratification of All Board and Management Actions
8. Message from the Chairman
9. Adjournment

Preceding the meeting will be the Administrators’ Conference which will start at 2:30 P.M. Please refer to the program of activities below:

               1:00 PM    Registration (free)

               2:30 PM    Administrators’ Conference

               4:00 PM    Annual Meeting

               5:00 PM    Awarding Ceremonies - The Outstanding PERAA Members 2026

                                Outstanding Participating Institutions and other Honorary Awardees

               6:30 PM    Dinner / Fellowship Night

                               (Door prizes will be raffled off between 3:00 to 7:30 PM)

We kindly request all participants to pre-register by completing the attached Confirmation/Proxy Form and submitting it to PERAA on or before July 31, 2026. Please note that participants who fail to pre-register will not be permitted entry into BCC. This is for strict compliance per BCC Management.
