THE TOPM WINNERS, Batch 2009 topbilled the honorees at the awarding ceremonies during PERAA's 38th anniversary Celebration. Board Chairman Antonio Samson and President Bernie Nepomuceno presented the trophies and other prizes. The following winners were chosen by a Panel of Judges after a two-day interview of the finalists pre-screened by the PERAA Screening Committee.
